Unsweetened hershey cocoa powder (or strawberry powder if you prefer)
Organic Isopure Protein Powder (Vanilla) << available at GNC
Vanilla Almond Milk (I use Silk – sweetened)
A bullet or blender of some sort (I use a single serve blender)
First, break up your banana in the cup to make it easier to blend. Lumps are kind of gross so you want to make sure you can blend it correctly.
Next, add your almond milk. Don’t pour it all the way up to the max line on your cup because once you put your other ingredients in, you’ll be over the limit and it’ll overflow in the blender. A sticky situation! Leave some room and when you are done adding things, you can top it off to the max line if you want to.
Then, add 1 scoop of peanut butter, 1 scoop of protein powder, and 1 teaspoon of your cocoa powder… or whatever flavored powder you choose.
Top off your milk to the max line (optional).
Blend for 60 seconds or until all the lumps are gone. Refrigerate.
